Placement / Training Opportunities in Mental health Issues

SOCIAL WORK STUDENT ON PLACEMENT
SIRI provides culturally-sensitive training for staff, volunteers, health and social care workers on issues relating to mental health.
The purpose of this training is to assist SIRI’s workforce in providing responsive, sensitive support to vulnerable users and carers without waiting list.
SIRI is approved as an NVQ training centre for NVQ Advice, Guidance and Counselling. Student Social Workers, Counsellors and Therapists are offered placement opportunities allowing for their training to be translated into real work experience.
